I have been directing for 19 years. During this time I have directed live sports broadcasts on ACC Network Extra, ESPN 3, CSN Houston, and Fox Sports Southwest. I've directed 1,200 live linear studio shows including SportsNet Central, Sports Talk Live, Football Focus, High School SportsNet Central, Astros Pre/Post Game Live, Rockets Pre/Post Game Live, and Texans Postgame Live. In addition, I've directed hundreds of live sports venue entertainment presentations for the Houston Astros, Houston Rockets, Houston Dynamo, Houston Aeros, Houston Comets, and Rice University. I've also directed a large amount of concerts and events.

In my current role at Florida State University I manage all school control room produced sports broadcasts. I am the lead director and technical director for these broadcasts. To date, I have directed and technical directed 200 live sports broadcasts on ACC Network Extra and ESPN 3. Those broadcasts include football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball, and tennis. I've technical directed 60 linear sports broadcasts on ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPNU, and ACC Network. In addition, I've directed and technical directed 100 big screen shows including all Florida State football home games.

 

In addition to directing, I am proficient on all control room positions including replay (EVS and Dream Catcher) and graphics (Xpression). I am the lead technical director for linear broadcasts at Florida State University. I train staff and students in programming and operating Ross Acuity and Carbonite switchers.
